These Terms of Use apply to your use of the FlightList website at https://www.flightlist.io and the FlightList apps (together, the "Service"), operated by 17271841 Canada Inc. ("FlightList", "us", "we", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What FlightList Is

FlightList is a flight search engine. We help you find and compare flights across a range of dates and destinations. We are not an airline or a travel agency, and we don't sell tickets.

When you choose a flight, you book it with a third-party booking provider, such as Kiwi.com, or with the airline. Your booking, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by that provider under its own terms and conditions, and any questions about a booking should be directed to them.

Prices And Availability

Flight prices, schedules and availability shown on FlightList come from third parties and can change at any time, including between your search and your booking. We do our best to show accurate and up-to-date information, but we can't guarantee that a price or flight will still be available when you book. The price confirmed by the booking provider is the one that applies.

Accounts

You can use FlightList without an account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping access to your email and login methods secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Acceptable Use

Please use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to scrape, copy or harvest data from the Service by automated means, overload or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could harm FlightList, our partners or other users. We may limit or suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Third-Party Websites And Services

The Service links to websites and services we don't control, including booking providers and airlines. We aren't responsible for their content, products, services or policies, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

The FlightList name, logo, design and content are owned by FlightList or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightList will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, from information shown on it, or from bookings made with third-party providers.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
